Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform is committed to respect the privacy of the users of the system and to maintain the confidentiality of all their data, and to not access their own accounts unless the member requests from the Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform administration after providing the entry data for any purpose required by the user and requires the entry of the service provider.

Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform’s administration has the right to use the data for the following purposes:

• Customer service purposes when communicating with the Care Center.

The user may submit an application after contacting or canceling the notifications or permanently deleting an account from the system. Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform administration notes that if the account is permanently deleted, it will erase all the data including the member's certificates of the activities in which they participated in his personal file, as well as access to the Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform permanently.

Edit profile:

A member can submit a request to modify their personal data, and can modify the following:

• The name and spelling errors
• Email, mobile number

Usage Policy Violation:

‍Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform may terminate the user of any member temporarily or permanently in violation of the usage policy without notice, and the Fakeeh Care E- Learning platform admiration is entitled to ask the member for damages resulting from the violation of the terms and conditions.

‍Approval:
